Why can't i see all the sets and items on the website?Due to covid restrictions, we've had to postpone some of our product photoshoots but so that we don't keep you waiting any longer, we decided to launch the website and add the missing items as soon as we can carry out another photoshoot (this will hopefully be very soon). For items on instagram that you cant find on here, please get in touch on here or drop us a DM on instagram.

How long will it be before i receive my order?As all orders are made with love by me, by hand - please allow 14 days for orders to be prepped and ready to post.

I'm worried my parcel is lost.Please be patient and wait until you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped first, this can take up to 14 days; once posted, parcels can take: UK: Standard 1-5 working days | Special delivery/Tracked - next working day Europe: Standard: 5-7 working days | Tracked 3-5 working days Rest of the world: Standard 7-10 working days | Tracked 5-7 working days Please bear in mind only tracked orders will be fully compensated for in case your parcel gets lost in the mail.

I don't want to wait 14 days, can I fast track my order?"You can most certainly fast track your order for an extra charge, this will however depend on stock levels and how fast you'd like your order. Please use the contact form to get in touch.

I don't live in the UK, do I have to pay custom fees?"For all orders under £135, We'll cover 50% of all custom charges occurred. We might not be able to have control over the custom fees applied, but send us a copy of the bill and we'll refund you for half of the charges.

How should I take care of my Fantasy Land pieces?Make sure to handwash your items at 30 degrees, ideally inside out and leave to air dry - please do not put them in the tumble dryer.

What should I do if I want to return my order?Please make sure you get in touch before returning an item. Please ensure all items are unworn and unwashed and are returned in the same condition you received them. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for return charges (unless you've received a faulty item). Please ensure you leave us a note with your name, order number and date you purchased your order with your parcel. Unfortunately custom made orders are not eligible for returns as we can not resell them. Returned Items showing signs of worn will not be refunded.

How do I make sure my custom order fits perfectly?I want to make sure your order is exactly how you like it, so please check out our measurement guide to get the best results. There's also a size guide for all pre-made sets to make sure they also fit just right.

Why has some of the prices changed?We try our hardest to source both the best quality materials and the most up to date, vibrant and pretty patterns to suit your every personality (all 16 of them🤣🤦♀️), however, from time to time our materials source/price changes. We will do our best to not pass this price fluctuation to you but at times, this is out of our control and there may be small price changes to reflect this with immediate effect.

Can I use my subscription code to get discount on my instagram orders?Unfortunately, our sitewide offers (such as subscription disounts) will only apply to items you can find on here. Please be patient with us until we can carry out another product photoshoot to add the missing items on here.

I want to return an item I purchased during sales.unfortunately, orders placed during sales do not qualify for an exchange/refund or part refund. No refund will be issued unless there has been an issue on our behalf.
